I recently stayed at Sotogrande Hotel for a few days and it was a delight! The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious suite room, which was ready ahead of time for check-in. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I also had access to a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, in the hotel annex. The food at the hotel was amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from. The highlight for me was the Lechon Kiwali, which was absolutely delicious. Lastly, the white sand on the beach added a lovely touch to the overall experience. Definitely a great value for money!

The location of the hotel is great but the services has to be improve. The cleaning staff needed to be more attentive with the room requirement to make the guest happy and get the most value for the room they charge. Some of the staff is great but the wireless internet is poor.

No wireless connectivity in the room. It inconvinience any business man staying in the hotel to go to the lobby to use the inerenet.

Nice resort hotel, near the coast, friendly staff, big clean rooms, seaview in our room, good price/quality in comparison to some of the other resorts in the same area. Use of several swimming pools.

The food in the restaurant was rather expensive andnot everything on the menu was available, especially no desserts. Fort he rest nothing but good things about our stay

The place is very peaceful and you really can relax there, staffs in cafe sotto were very much accomodating, but there was a certaun front desk who was very disrecpectful and unhelpful. I like their rooms, very spacious and elegant. The pool and beach were also very relaxing. Its a place I can recommend if you want to go out of busy city life

The food served during breakfast is not that great. No other restaurants near the place. Front desk not helpful, place hard to find. Incomplete supply of toiletries. Very limited choices of food

We loved this place! The food was amazing with many options at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The location was great, right next to the beach and with many restaurants around.

No complaint except this Hotel is good only for sleeping not much activities around. food is poor no restaurant or good sea food have to eat outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cebu and loved the experience. The hotel crew were very warm and friendly, and the food was amazing. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was always fresh and delicious. The room was very clean and neat, and the view of the surrounding areas was breathtaking. Plus, the location felt very secure and it was easy to get transportation to explore the nearby attractions.

The only downside to my stay was the limited or weak WiFi connection in my room. However, it didn't bother me as much since I wasn't there for work but for some much-needed relaxation and leisure activities.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the outskirts of a gated community made us feel very safe. The hotel is nestled within a charming village, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly room service to the efficient housekeeping. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We loved the comfortable sitting area and the lovely garden furniture outside our room. The free toiletries and well-stocked refrigerator were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Despite some minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our recent stay at Sotogrande. The location was peaceful and offered a beautiful view of the sea. The service we received was excellent, and the food and pool were great. We even received a complimentary upgrade for one night when there was a mix-up with our rooms. The front desk staff were also very helpful in assisting us with our tour plans. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful beach view from the hotel room with comfortable bed and a clean room. Delicious breakfast with several options and attentive staff, who are always willing to help. Great location with easy access to restaurants and other activities.

The price was a bit high compared to other hotels nearby and not all amenities advertised were available. Bathrooms had poor ventilation and some areas of the hotel need some renovation.
